Returns
We do not accept returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Photos of the package (if damaged during shipping) and multiple angles of the damaged product must be emailed to bluejaydecor@gmail.com with a request for replacement.

At the sole discretion of Blue Jay Decor, we may either replace the entire product, refund the price or a portion of the product, or we may send a re-cut of what is inaccurate for you to fix yourself.

Gifts
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
